Your income should be at least 3.5× the base rent and generated in the Netherlands.

Review
We review your documents and assess your profile based on the requirements.

Waiting List
You are placed on a waiting list while we search for a suitable match.
Average waiting time: 2–3 months.
05.
Offer
Once a suitable home becomes available, you’ll receive full details via email — including layout, photos, and location.
06.
Decide
You have 2 working days to review the offer and confirm your interest.
Viewings are not possible as properties are still occupied.
07.
Confirm
If you accept, you confirm via email and receive a payment link for our service. If you decide not to proceed, you remain on the waiting list and will be among the first to receive the next suitable offer.
08.
Payment
A fixed service fee of €2,500 applies upon successful placement, regardless of the rental segment.
09.
Approval
Your application is verified.
Providing incorrect information may result in rejection and a €500 penalty after acceptance.
10.
Move In
After final confirmation and payment, you receive your rental agreement.
Your new home is officially yours — welcome home!
